Custom Design Proofs & Amendments
Every custom-designed collar includes one initial design proof and one round of amendments before production.
Initial design proof: We'll create your design based on the information, text, colours and artwork supplied with your order and send it to you for approval.
One round of amendments: You may request changes to the initial proof. Please include all requested changes in one message.
Further changes: Additional amendments may incur an extra design fee, agreed with you before any further work takes place.
Please check your proof carefully, including all spelling, text, colours, layout and design details, before approving it. Once approved, your design will be used to produce your collar.
Fine details in supplied images may not reproduce exactly at the finished collar size. Significant changes to your original brief or requests for a completely new design may be treated as additional design work.
Any additional charges will always be confirmed with you before we proceed.
