How long will it take to get my order?

All orders are handmade to order and normally take around 2-4 weeks to be made before shipping. If we can make and ship your order before this time, we will. For the latest timeframe for orders, please see the banner across the top of the page.

Can I order a custom design?

Yes, please contact us at sales@dottiespetboutique.com with your requirements for a quote.

Can you print leads on both sides?

Yes, we can! Please contact us at with your requirements for a quote. Please note that the design is repeated down the lead and cannot feature different text or images on both sides.

Where do I enter my discount code?

If you still cannot see the below with the box, try clearing your browser cache and ensuring your browser is up to date. Shopify recommend Chrome as the preferred.

On a desktop computer, it is on the page after the basket when you click checkout, on the right hand side of the screen.

Do you ship to Europe?

Since 13th December 2024 we are no longer able to ship to the EU including Northern Ireland. This is due to the new laws regarding GPSR

Can I return an order for a refund?

If your order is a custom print, we do not offer refunds. Please double-check all your details and our confirmation emails to ensure you are satisfied with the design before we proceed with printing and making your order.

For non-custom orders, you can return the item within 30 days of receipt at your own cost (please use tracked delivery) for a refund. The item must be in an unused and re-sellable condition. If the item does not meet these criteria, your refund may be affected.
