Returns & Refunds Policy
All our handmade items are made in Cambridgeshire, UK and are made to order. We are unable to issue refunds on all our handmade items By Dottie's Pet Boutique due to your order being made to your requirements, unless they are faulty, which we will enable to put right as soon as we have received the product back.
We make each and every product with care and ensure it meets our highest standards before the item is shipped. We ensure that each product is carefully packaged to ensure the item can’t be damaged in transit and keep a proof of posting for our records. If however there is a problem with your order, please Contact Us.
We work fast at Dottie's Pet Boutique to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. For that reason, if you wish to cancel or change your order, we ask that you Contact Us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee we have not already started making your order. A £5 admin fee maybe applied to any order that is cancelled to cover payment processing fees and admin fees. This will be deducted off your refund amount.
For branded items, If you wish to cancel your order after receipt, please contact us within 14 days to arrange a return and refund. Any items must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding postage) in unused, resalable condition. For faulty items a replacement item will be sent in its place once the original item has been sent and received back to us. The buyer is liable for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, which shipping costs will be reimbursed via Paypal. We recommend you ship using a recorded delivery option to ensure we receive it back. Please keep your receipt. Please Contact Us as soon as possible to enable us to correct the problem.
This does not affect your statutory rights, under the distance selling regulations or consumer contracts regulations. In case of dispute, English Law applies to all contracts.
